To become a father is not difficult, but to be a father is. Each & every month my dad struggles a lot for solving all the issues for house hold expenses, studies, paying loans & family personal expenses. I never forget my parent’s struggles which they never showed to me or to my bro. In spite of their hard core times they wanted me and my bro to be happy always and they made us happy always.
My brother finished his under graduation & its time for him to do with higher studies (MBA), but at the same time I had finished my school & wanted to do hotel management. As my dad cant afford for both of our education at the same time, my brother took a wise decision where he gave a path to me for my future which touches me a lot in my life. He decided to resume his higher studies later and joined an organization that matched his profile because of this he is still struggling in his life for his career.
All the art of living lies in a fine mingling of letting go and holding on. After a long struggle I finished my college studies & time for me to take care of my parents. I got scholarship to France for my Internship. After that I joined in Sheraton hotel in Mumbai for a couple of years. In 2005 I got an opportunity to work in Costa cruise, Italy with a good salary which makes my family to have a relaxed breath. I worked there for almost 2 yrs. With that money I closed all my family debits and also changed my father’s business & shop (plastic covers & carry bags) which is less stress compare to his old shop. We moved to a different house with the shop in front.
By the same time I completed my master degree by distance education (Master of Tourism Management). Then I got another scholarship to study in Swiss world’s first & best Hotel Management Institute-EHL). With those certificates & experience I am in USA right now as Food & Beverages manager in training for 1 year contract. I feel so happy & proud of my life that I did something back to my family & because of me my parents are feeling secured for their future life. Still I have to do lot of things to my parents as I remember how much pain they had until we grew up. Its time for me to take care of them & my dream is to buy a home in my dad's name as that was his dream as he couldn't make it. My dream is to keep my parents with me happily for ever & ever.
A successful marriage requires falling in love many times, always with the same person. I am extremely happy because I met my fiancée on August, 2008 in Salem and her name is Monika @ Shalini with whom I liked to share my dreams and life. She accepted my wishes after a week.
I am lucky to have a gem in my life because she understands me well & lovable person with lot of patience. I love her most next to my parents. I thank god to give such a wonderful person in my life & I am sure she will be a daughter to my parents. My engagement was done without me (what a pity). I missed all the fun. A wedding anniversary is the celebration of love, trust, partnership, tolerance and tenacity. I am going to get married on 22nd Nov, 09 in Coimbatore. I am eagerly waiting to hold my life (girl) and to live happily with my parents.
Do not dwell in the past; do not dream of the future, concentrate the mind on the present moment. Everything happens in the life for some reason. This is true because "whatever happens is good & whatever doesn't happen is very good". So don't worry for something which is not happened in your life -something is waiting better than this in your life. You will get what you need in a right time for sure. So always be happy & smile ...
